We will offer a full refund or exchange in the event of an order being received, damaged (including packaging), incorrect personalisation (on the part of Aspreys & Clarke) or incorrect item received.
Items will not be exchanged if incorrect personalisation details have been given at time of order. We are aware mistakes can happen. In this eventuality, we will always work with the customer to try and rectify the issue.
Certain items cannot be returned for health reasons. These items include earrings, baby shoes, soaps and hip-flasks.
If an item requires a repair or a replacement part within 12 months of purchase , we will be happy to help where possible.
Any item being returned should be in it’s received condition and original packaging.
